When you add a new Contact and fill in the Email and/or Phone Number box, the recipient will receive an Email and/or SMS notification asking for approval to be notified by you.
The notification asking for approval will only be sent once to avoid spamming.
Once approved you may use that Contact for any notifications you may have.
An approval Email and/or SMS is resent everytime Contact info is updated with a new Phone Number or new Email.
Extra Recipients
Extra recipients, is a list of additional people including yourself that you would like to be notified for a specific event.
For a recipient to receive Email or SMS notifications they must have approved your invitation.
